    Hello,

    I am having changing the background colour of the header.
    I know how simple this request sounds – I am stumped as to why I am unable to change the colour in header.

    I had originally set the ‘Logo Area Heading color’ and ‘Logo Area background color’ to grey #808184 – now I’ve changed to white #ffffff – and there is no change on the preview site.

    I have done all updated and cleared the cache.
    Do you have any ideas as to why this hasn’t updated and how I can fix this?

    I also can not make changes to the font size and colour to the text sitting within the header.
    I assume this is called ‘main menu’. I have tried changing the font sizes and colour within the ‘Advanced Styling’ tab, with no changes coming through.

    Whatever have I done to loose control of my header settings?! Please help.

    Hi,

    Are you currently running any custom css? Sometimes, if you have custom css that is broken or formed wrong it can interfere with Enfold Options. Also, if possible, please try deactivating all active plugins to see if the issue resolves.

    Hi Jordan,

    Thank you for your help.

    I did have some CSS in there but have deleted it – with no change. I have looked through every tab and page to make sure there is none of my own CSS. I also deactivated all plug ins / saved – no change. Turned them all back on / saved – no change.

    I’ve looked through other people’s q&as, and can’t work out what else to do.
    Any other suggestions?

    Hi,

    The css/js compression options are enabled inside the Performance panel. You have to disable or toggle it first or the css or theme option changes won’t take effect immediately.
