Changing Displayed Text Upon Website Link

Is there any way to change what is displayed when you link a website on a social media site?

My boss linked our website. It’s the “home” page, and comes over a “Home” when linked. I will display a URL to a photo below.

We wanted to know if there was a way to customize the text when linked. We would like it to say a few words. If that’s not an option though, we would probably prefer for it to say nothing at all instead of “home”. I tried to change the title in Pages, but then the title changed on the homepage itself, which we don’t want. I think it’s probably a simple code but obviously I am not a coder! I barely qualify as website builder. Thank you for your help as always.
