Changing column heading and pricing row and text colors

I’m imaging changing the color of the column heading and pricing row to #66ffc2

and changing the color of the column heading and pricing row text to #00a3cc

I’m confused because I have looked into the table element and there is no option to change the color and I want to understand where I would edit the color

could you please provide me with a css code or where I am to specifically go in the Enfold options, and where I would be able to edit the color of the column heading and pricing row
