changes only showing when logged in

Hello

Have been making some content updates to my site – changing slider images on the home page for example. All new images show up fine when I view the pages logged in as an admin but when I log out of the dashbaord the site reverts back to as if I had made no changes at all. When I log back in I can see the changes front and back.

I have the latest version of the theme
I have cleared all browser histroy and cache
