When I’m changing a portfolio-item with Avia Builder, then click on update, the old item is visible and not the changes.
What I’ve done so far:
– Removed cache.
– Deactivated plugin Comet Cache.
– And tried again.
– Make a new portfolio item and press publish. This didn’t help at all.

Thank you for the inquiry.
We were able to reproduce the issue on our end but we are not yet sure what is causing it. Have you tried doing this with all the plugins disabled? We would recommend cloning the site to a staging or development environment so that we can thoroughly check the issue without affecting the live site.
Best regards,

Thank you for the update.
Would it be possible to temporarily disable the plugins for testing? It’s possible that one of them is generating an error causing the issue.
Enjoy your vacation!

September 14, 2023 at 1:03 pm #1419159Hi,
We are able to insert additional elements to the portfolio item and update it successfully while the plugins are deactivated. You may need to remove the cache or test it on incognito mode. To find which plugin is causing the conflict, please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation.
Best regards,

September 17, 2023 at 8:31 pm #1419402Hi,
I tried adding a images to the portfolio item that you liked to in your post above as the one with the issue, and it showed the difference when I saved it and also when I removed it again. I see that you have a few plugins disabled so I assume that you figured out the ones causing the error.
Did you need any further help with this issue?Best regards,
Mike -
