Hi,
I’m currently building a site with Enfold and I changed a word in a title of the homepage content directly on the database but no changes were visible in the live site. I’ve done this on other themes without any issue so can you please explain what is happening and how can I solve this problem?
It was a fresh install and I have no plugins installed and I also cleared the browser cache. If you need more details please let me know.
Thank you

What word did you change, why would you want to edit the database directly?
Please help us understand your intentions so we can help you :)
You can explain in the Private Area if you wish.Best regards,

Are you also using ALB on the content, or the content is clear with just text?

This is not the first time that I change data on the post_content column directly on the database (manually or not) and with other themes the page/content would be automatically updated after refreshing it on the browser. This is not happening with Enfold.
Can you reproduce this issue on your side with a fresh install?

If you’re using a caching plugin, you will need to flush the cache as well.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,

I’ve been digging a bit further and for some reason (you must know why) there’s a database entry named “_aviaLayoutBuilderCleanData” in the postmeta table where the current post/page content is duplicated. Does the live content comes from this column and if yes is this the entry I should “manually” updating with the new content?
April 30, 2017 at 5:11 am #785170Hi,
Why would you change the data directly in the database? Are you referring to the title “Soluções pensadas para o seu negócio!” inside a text block? Aside from the post_content, you need to look for the “_aviaLayoutBuilderCleanData” inside the _postmeta table.
Best regards,
