    Hi there,
I am updating pages on my site and its showing correctly when I preview it but when I edit the page everything reverts back to its original state. This issue only started today.I deactivated all plugins ,hard refreshed several times, accessed WP from different machines, cleared transients using plug in as well as cleared my cache to no avail.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hey Volumemax,

I checked the pages and also created a test page and checked if making changes to it will show up correctly on the frontend and it does without any issue. Please check the link in the private section. I believe the reason you are not seeing the updated version of the page on the actual URL of the page is because the status of the pages say pending. You need to publish the pages to view the changes on the live site.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Best regards,
    Vinay

Hey thanks for looking into it but I think there was a misunderstanding. When I make any changes to the site, I can click preview or view page and it’ll display fine at that particular point . However, anytime I make edits on the page and I click save or update everything reverts back to its original state saving without any of the changes on the back end. Please see a screen capture of the issue I’m facing .Hope that it would help diagnose issue.

    Hi,

Please try to increase the allocated memory to 256M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Best regards,
    Andy
