    Whatever i change, whatever i add, whatever i delete on my CSS – NOTHING changes!
    I can also delete ALL of my custom CSS (214 lines of customization) – NOTHING changes.

    No – there is no cache plugin active!
    Yes – i did clear my browser cache.

    oh boy – i selden had so much strange issues with a theme.

    Could you please try copying your custom CSS code here – http://csslint.net/ and check if there are any errors?
    If that too does not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

    Hey,

    My bad, i thought CSS changes were not taking affect. There could be some sort of server side caching.
    Could you please try going to Enfold theme options > Performance tab and check “Delete old CSS and JS files?” at the bottom and save to see if that makes any difference?
