I wonder what’s happened to my website after updating. Entire layout has been changed and the width are not correct. I can not change the layer width. All product images on the pages are only in two long columns and the same happened in the product view page.

you are using lots of plugins and on could cause the issue. Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Also I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

I have disabled all 1 by 1 but it is still errors on the page. Product page appears to be better, but another error has occurred. A picture frame is proving on the half part of the page.Hi,

Can you not see the difference between these two sites before and after the update.

I’m checking both links (private content) and the only difference I can see is that your header widget (menu) is missing. I think the problem is that you updated from Enfold v3.1.3. to Enfold v3.7.1., which is quite a jump. Lots of versions in between had been released (with lots of changes). So it seems that you need to readjust your settings, to get the same result as with v3.1.3.

The firm Moero who built Web has gone bankrupt and they asked us to simply updating to the latest version.
How can we get back to the old version Enfold v3.1.3.
I do not have the knowledge to do this.

we definitely recommend to use newest theme version always, otherwise you risk that your website won’t work at all one day. As already said you need to readjust your settings. Basically it’s about your header widget menu, right? send us admin access and we’ll see what we can do. Post login here as private reply.

This is also on of the main issues after updating. Can’t find the options for this. I’ve tried Woocommerce Options, but this does not work?

The ‘Menu’s’ settings is right.

are you still talking about the thumbnails? please stick to one topic only, otherwise it gets very confusing for us and other people trying to find answers here. Use different tickets for different questions.

Here is our principle “Changes happened after updating Enfold.Child” and I talks still about what happened after I updated Enfold theme with Enfold-Child. All questions related to updating.

Those small thumbnails on menuline are not so interesting anymore.Now I talk about next issue in all Category views and frontage that there are only 2 column’s.You can see here the price is not where it shuld be.
As the last and first DropBox pictures shows hanging all Enquire objectives of product images. There are the two columns of Product photos. Here there should be 4 columns and the same shall it be when viewing the product category.We can take rest of the issues one by one if you like.

as I said this gets very confusing for us, which really does not help us to assist you. If you talk about thumbnails in this thread then stick to this topic and open a different ticket if you talk about next issue.
Please always use screenshots to show us what you’re talking about. Very difficult and time consuming for us if we have to scroll up to find what you’re talking about in one post. If you don’t want to post a screenshot again then send us the link of the post where we find the screenshots in question. Make things clear for us and help us to be able to easily assist you. Otherwise no one gets satisfied at all.
As far as I understand it you want to get 4 columns as in your old website, but I checked both websites and it they both have 2 columns:
Maybe it would be best if you just open completely new tickets and make things crystal clear for us, so we can help you in achieving what you want.

In this Enfold-Child the theme is being used own code documents * .php, * .css * .js developed by our former developer.
I found a script that does not work In this theme.
Look in Private Content down under.
