    I purchased the theme and I am building the home page. when I add the team section I save it, view it, it works. then I add another section the previous section disappears. I tried so many times and the same results.

    Please advise.

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I tested it on this page (private content), it seems to work properly without any issues.
    Can you give us step by step instruction on how we can reproduce this error?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the video, does the same thing happen if you activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options? Also, I see that you are adding headers in text block elements with regular markup. I would recommend that you use the Special Header element for your headers instead.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. When things disappear from the Layout Builder then it’s almost always due to open markup in the content, like a tag which hasn’t been closed before the content which disappears. I can’t see anything like that on your page though, but maybe you could have a check as well? You can also enable debug mode if you like, so that you can copy your content to a test page which we can experiment with: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

    Hi,

    The fix is to check for open markup since something is breaking the layout builder, could you try checking? If you don’t want to do that then you can ask for a refund where you bought the theme.
