Hi, helping a friend, who lost his domain and had to change URLs for his site. The site is back up running, however, we are unable to access / change the theme Options and when we go in to try to edit a page, we get an endless spinning wheel. (We need to update the logo & icon to new URL as well as some of the images on certain site pages). I have read somewhere that instances of the site url may still remain in the database due to the way the Enfold theme stores the options. Is there an easy way we can go in and update these instances to the new site url? I am able to get into the database via phpmyadmin but I’m not very technical.
We are happy to share login details privately if you like.
Thanks,

What happens if you try to login to the backend? Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
VinayOctober 10, 2016 at 3:46 pm #697412The backend is fully functional except for the pieces that depend on the Enfold theme – specifically, the theme options, and the page builder.
I’ve provided the details you requested privately. Thanks so much,
LindaOctober 10, 2016 at 3:50 pm #697413Hey!
Login credentials are not working for me. We may need FTP and database logins as well however first of all, we would like to see the issue to make sure. Can you please check logins once again?

October 11, 2016 at 7:36 am #697650Hi,
Thanks for the login details. You are running a very old version of the theme (2.6.1), could you try updating to the latest one (3.8) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Make sure to backup your site first in case you should need to roll back.
