Dear Sirs and Madames,
we have moved with our website and have also changed the agency.
Our old agency has its data in our template:
– username
– email
– TokenWe bought a version of enfold from you today, which is now our company. Now we want to change the stored data (username, e-mail and token) in the template / system.
Can you tell us how we can do that?

I solved the problem. However, there are many more problems that also destroy the Enfold backend.
Starting point:
I have transferred a website including Woocommerce from one host to another. I did the whole thing with Duplicator.
Template: Enfold
PHP: 7.3
RAM: 256 MB
All plugins except LayerSlider WP are up to date

As soon as I call up a single product, the image is not displayed. If I click on the area where the picture should be, the lightbox opens and the picture is visible (the other product pictures too).
The product tabs (Woocommerce Custom Tabs PRO) are also not shown. The headings are shown, but without style and without content.
After a while and “messing around” with plugins from / on / reinstallation my Enfold flies apart and the admin interface of the Enfold is no longer usable and the style is defective.
Notes and possibly another problem:
With a new setup, the image of PayPal is missing in the checkout process. So I changed the folder rights to 775 and uploaded the image again. After that it was visible.
The biggest problems arise when I update the woocommerce plugins:
WooCommerce
WooCommerce germanized
WooCommerce blocksStrange:
In the new Microsoft Chromium it works … Firefox and Chrome are not ok – no cache plugin is used.
I’m desperate for the third day now and just don’t know how to solve it. Especially since the whole thing should run stable.
Does anyone have any idea how I could find the solution?

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?
