Change user name – A matter of security and privacy

Enfold theme says you cannot change user name but I was wondering if there is any way around this at all. It is a matter of personal security.
I did not realize my email address leads to information about me and then where I live. I need to delete all email addresses connections from all of my websites.

I was able to change the email in part of the website but not under USERS.

Can you help me to remove all reference to my email address in the enfold theme?

I just realized there is another administrator listed that came with the demo theme import. Can I delete my admin credentials as user which is my email and use the other name already listed in the user list ?? I don’t want to screw anything up. I am a layperson and not familiar with everything.
