change transparent logo on every page

Please use the code as following in functions.php file

add_filter('avf_logo_subtext', 'kriesi_logo_addition');
function kriesi_logo_addition($sub) {
if(is_page(1114)) {
    $sub .= '<img class="alternate" src="http://kriesi.at/wp-content/themes/kriesi/images/logo.png"/>';
    }
    return $sub;
}
