change the color of the sidebar menu active link

I’m trying to set the active item on the sidebar nav to #cb2026
I’ve tried many options, but cannot set the active link. The last thing I’ve tried, to no avail:

.avia-builder-widget-area li.current_page_item > a {
color: #cb2026 !important;
}

Add this to quick css:
```
.inner_sidebar .page_item.current_page_item a{
color: #cb2026 !important;
}
```
