Change Site Location

Hello All,

I think this question may be somewhat generalist however im wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for a tutorial?

Im currently using the latest version of wordpress and enfold. My site is currently located:
http://www.mydomain.com/sitemain
I now need to move it to
http://www.mydomain.com (root folder)

Is there any easy way to do this?

ps The reason why i created it in a subfolder was because i didnt want to impact the existing (static) site
