Change resolution that "Fullwidth sub menu" hamburgers to mobile menu.

Hello, I’m working on a site that is using full-width sub menus on all of it’s interior pages as a sort of extended menu. There are so many links on one of the pages sub menu that it changes to a mobile hamburger at a certain screen resolution similarly to the main menu… which is great! but the problem is that the other pages that have the full-width sub menu element on it do not change to mobile (probably because there aren’t as many links on the page as the one I’m referring to).

Can I change the amount of elements it takes to make a hamburger menu appear in mobile? I’m just trying to get all the pages to be consistent.

For example:
This page’s submenu hamburgers on mobile.

But this one does not
