Tagged: purchase code
We recently purchased an Enfold license. Previously, we were running on a license purchased by a web site management company that used to take care of our web site. Now, we take care of it in-house. Since the management company had created the web site and purchased an Enfold license for us, we need to replace the old purchase code with the new one.
The situation is somewhat complicated in that the hosting service we use has limitations on downloads using the normal WordPress update service. (This is information we received from the web site management company). So we downloaded the new Enfold Theme we purchased to a local machine and then, after changing the name of the Enfold Theme directory and using SFTP, we uploaded it to the server on which the web site runs. We then moved the directory to the Theme Folder on the WordPress installation, changed its name to “Enfold” and this successfully updated the Theme.
However, it appears we are still tied to the old purchase code. So, we need to figure out how to replace the old purchase code with the new one. Would you inform us how to do this?

Dan Nessett
Hi Dan,
Thanks for contacting us!
You can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documenation/enfold/theme-registration/, generate your own Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options :)
Best regards,
Yigit
I have already created an envato personal token and added it to the Theme. My question was about the new purchase code. Do I need to replace the old purchase code with the new one?
Dan Nessett
OK. Thanks.
