    Hi,
    I’m using product variantions in woocommerce to sell different colors of makeup.
    Now I would like to have it this way:
    when the customer clicks on the color he likes (photo gallery below the main image), the correct product variaten should be automaticall selected in the product variation dropdown.

    It currently only works the other way around: when a product variaten is chosen, the correct photo is displayed on the left.

    Can you help me?

    Hey Carolin,

    That is something that WooCommerce is working to fix, as it is not related with our theme we are afraid.
    When it is published the functionality will be allowed.
