    Good afternoon,

I have a small problem again.
I would like to change the order on the following page Mobile so that in the container
    1. heading
    2. text
    3. image

is displayed. I have already specified an individual order and then the corresponding positions, but it does not implement this.
    What is the error here?

    Hey klick-design-rbh,
I’m not clear on what you want to achieve, and on which element on the page.
Please upload a screenshot demonstrating what you what to see on mobile, adding the screenshot url into the post, and include a admin login in the Private Content area so we can examine.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
    For your desktop version
    Screen Shot 2024 11 17 at 10.30.22 AM
    hide the element for mobile:
    Screen Shot 2024 11 17 at 10.32.02 AM
and create a new element for mobile:
    Screen Shot 2024 11 17 at 10.35.46 AM
    and hide on desktop:
    Screen Shot 2024 11 17 at 10.36.49 AM
    the result for mobile:

    Hello Mike,

Yes, that is an option, but not a good one if the customer has to maintain the site themselves. I know that this worked once, in a previous version. I am now wondering why this no longer works, or why the elements can no longer be accessed. Should there actually be an error there?

    Hi,
With the element that you are using there is not an option for what you are trying to do, this is not an error.
I believe you are thinking of the grid row element.

    Hello Mike,

even back then it was these elements where I could change the order.
It was then the combination of line screen options and Advanced>Responsive.
But you also wrote that it is still a beta version.

I think you generally do a great job!

    Hi,
Thank you for your patience, when using the Row Screen Options ▸ Column Behaviour in the first column in a row:
    Screen Shot 2024 11 30 at 4.18.44 PM
and then choose Advanced ▸ Mobile Breakpoint Position to choose a position:
    Screen Shot 2024 11 30 at 4.22.11 PM
this will only work for that row, and it does now in my test.
But you are using two rows and this will not move an item from your second row into the first row, each row is separate.
While you could use javascript to do this, your customer probably won’t be able to maintain this either.
If you want to use javascript, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hello Mike,

Now it’s me who’s replying so late. Thank you very much, I have understood that so far. Maybe this is an update idea, because it is becoming more and more important, in my opinion, that you can define a mobile version well and the desktop version can then be designed accordingly. So that everything can be easily administered without, for example, having to maintain the same text blocks twice.

    Best regards

    Hi,
Glad that this is working for you, but since each row is independent of each other, you can not set which row a element will show in from a different element.
The independent elements, or rows, do not control any preceding elements, or rows.
I hope that I am explaining this well.
As I pointed out this is achievable with javascript, but since you want your client to adjust this in the future, they probably will need your help to adjust in the future.
If you would like to request this feature the Dev Team has opened a new Github Feature Request for users to place requests and follow them as the Dev Team reviews them.

    Best regards,
    Mike

it is not a matter of version – that order element remains to columns beside each other – and you could not handle the next row with it.
But. you can set 3 times 1/3 columns beside each other ( please do only insert these three columns to that color-section and nothing else )
now give a custom class to that color-section f.e.: one-three-two. (you know why) – and do not choose the equal height option !!!
see here the setting and the code to have the third column be bigger than the others – read the comments on the codes to understand the way.
