Hey rocky06!
You can change the permalink(slug name in this case technically) setting on your pages just under the page title on any given page. For the individual portfolio slug you can change in your WordPress Settings>Permalink area.

Go to Enfold > General Settings > Portfolio: Enter a page slug that should be used for your portfolio single items

What if I want no /portfolio/ or subdirectory and just want
http://www.mysite/myportfolioitem.html
