We’re trying to update the phone number on our website, and also remove a ‘Pi’ symbol which seems to have appeared next to it. See below – the phone number and symbol are at the bottom right corner of the picture.
Can anyone show us where to do this?

Go to Appearance > Menus, select the one with (Enfold Main Menu), you should see it at the bottom.
As for the PI symbol, it’s not showing up anymore.Best regards,

In Appearance > Menus, we don’t have an option for Enfold Main Menu. All our menus say Advanced Layout Builder?

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

It seems like menu items were added with customization however since Editor tab is missing on your website, we are not able to check if that is the case.
Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well or enable Editor in WP dashboard? :)

I edited the code in functions.php file of your child theme and deleted Pi sign and updated phone number.
Please see private content field :)
