Description:By changing this ‘Theme Name’ I get a new child name, but loose the data and settings of the previous child.

August 1, 2017 at 5:49 am #832578Hi,
Thanks for the login details and sorry for the late reply. I can see that you are running a child theme and that you have changed the name to something custom, what exactly is not working for you? I can see that you have 2 parent theme installations as well, please try deleting the old one of the two.
Best regards,
RikardAugust 1, 2017 at 10:24 am #832737Hello,
The child has a custom name, but not the right custom name.
I will like to change it.I have tried to delete the other parent theme v 3.2
It is no longer in cPanel (renamed to Enfold v3.2)When trying to delete I get the message “Deletion failed: The requested theme does not exist.”
August 2, 2017 at 6:33 am #833190Hi,
Ok, then it’s probably not there anymore. Did you refresh the theme page to verify?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 2, 2017 at 2:11 pm #833462refresh the theme page…
Is there any better or solid way to refresh than logging out and logging in again?
It is always showing for me.But to give the child the right name, I can’t…
