    Hi!

    I have a trouble with my images in my website.

    When I pass with my mouse on an image, below in the window is shown the image url:
    my website/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/image name + image size.jpg.

    If possible, how can I change this url and replace with another easier like:
    my website/image name

    Because watching other websites this url is shorter, and i think it’s better.

    Is there a way to modify it or i have to keep it that way? :)

    Hi,

    Another thing you could try is changing the default upload folder to one that sits in the root of your install:

    How to Change the Default Media Upload Location in WordPress 3.5

    Also, please note that this is not a theme-related issue or request.
