In google my website is setup to show the URL with /home at the end. I have the One Page portfolio demo installed and all my content in Pages is on the Home page (which is the front page). How do I set it up to function exactly the same but with the “slug” simply being http://www.mywebsite.com without the “/home” part?
Hi gwcabot,
I’m not sure what you mean by that to be honest, could you link to to your site so that we can have a closer look please? Also, try to explain a bit further in case I have misunderstood you.

The link’s in private content link now. So in Google, according to Yoast, my website’s address under the link will say, http://www.mywebsite.com/home rather than simply http://www.mywebsite.com
Hi,
There’s no setting for that in the Theme itself, there might be in Yoast but I’m not sure. If you have a page called Home then there will also be a URL called /home, but if that page is set as your home it will redirected to yoursite.com. I’m not sure where you are seeing that information in the Yoast plugin but it might be better to ask Yoast for clarification on it.
