We’ve developed a site based on the Default layout. Now we want to change to the Photography layout because we want the menu to be placed to the left.
What will happen if I select Demo Import/Photography Portfolio Demo, will our existing pages etc. be deleted or is it safe to perform this selection without losing all the work we’ve already done? Or is there another way to have the menu placed to the left and look the way it does in the Photography layout?
Hey staeri,
You should be able to import the new demo without losing any content, but I would recommend that you do it on a staging version of the site first to make sure. You could also import the new demo to a local version and check the settings there, then make the corresponding changes to your live site.
