Change background color from tab section

hi,

I must change background-color from section tab, but the same section tab appear also in home and I want change the background color only at the foollowing link of my web site, for all must be bakcground color: white, in the home page must be as now not change (below I sign the links)
I tried to change this, but it isn’t work and if works it change color also in home page section tab:

background-color: #ffffff!important;
}
