Hi, my tax office is asking me to provide them with your certificate of residence in order to avoid double tax payments with Poland. How may I receive such a formal document at the moment of ordering and paying for the product, not later than with the date of issuing your invoice?

Please contact Envato support team. Since purchase processes are managed by them, they should provide you such information. We sell our themes through ThemeForest/Envato and provide support for our themes. Processes such as download, purchase and refund etc. are managed only by Envato :)

Some companies, such as US companies, may have a code of business conduct that require proper certification from you as to your tax residency status

YigitOn this site http://kriesi.at/legal-information I find nothing regarding my question about certificate of residence necessary for the tax office. This site covers different legal topics and they are not relevant regarding taxes.
