There are certain elements of my pages that aren’t loading at all on Internet Explorer, like the video header on the homepage, the page titles/headlines at the top of some of the pages, and all of the ‘Our Products’ masonry galleries. It works fine in Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Can you point me as to what the issue might be with this?

Thank you for the inquiry.
We can reproduce the issue on IE but we don’t see any errors, so we are not really sure what causes it. We did fix an issue related to IE recently, which might be related to this one. The fix is included in the beta version. (see private field)

We are now uploading the beta version of the theme in your server. We’ll let you know once it’s done. The folder is named “enfold_latest”.

UPDATE: The upload is not working. Are you sure that the account has the correct permissions? We can access the folder but it fails when we upload the files.

IsmaelAwesome, thank you – I had to switch the themes around so my child theme recognized it, but the beta version has solved the issues! Do you have an estimate on when will this beta version be rolled out as a regular Enfold update?
