Centering columns in footer by content, not centering the margin between columns

Hello,

I was wondering if you could help me center the content of two columns located in the footer. As is, the columns are centred on the margin between them. I would like to instead center the width of the text content of the two columns. As you can see in the screen capture, one column’s content is very narrow whereas the other is wider. I would rather have the combined width of this content centred.
