    When I try to filter posts to edit etc, I just get ‘no posts’ listed. ie I want to edit my ‘artists’ section and I can’t just select those posts to search through. If I search for ‘artists’ then I get a few results return but not all the posts. Have tried this theme on an existing and a new install and the problem is the same.

    You are talking about in the backend or on the website?

    If you are talking about on the site, my suggestion is to install a plugin to enhance your search since there are a couple of high end and free search plugins.

    Here they are. All current and frequently updated.
