I have a new client who I am transitioning their website to Enfold. Already paid for the license. I applied the Dark Photography Demo to the site and all is good except for pages that reference a category. In the Enfold Theme options on the Blog Layout page for the Blog layout selection, if I choose anything other than grid layout the category page results are correct. I change the blog layout to Grid layout the page displays more posts that are not in the category.
For example:
https://beta.delsolphotography.com/category/birthday/
The page should only pull up two posts for this category.
The page is displaying 12 results and the last two are the birthday category posts.
I change the blog layout to any other setting and the page displays the correct number of posts.
Ideally I would like to display the Masonry layout for the category pages. Can’t get that to work either.
Hey automatedcontacts,
I’m not really sure why it’s behaving that way but we can try to offer a workaround.
Can you try to change Birthday to Birthdays and change the slug as well, then create a new category and call it Birthday then for the 2 posts in the Birthdays category, change their category to Birthday (the newly created category). Hope this workaround helps.
Best regards,
Nikko
I found the issue and now tell me if you know how to fix this. There is an option in the post visibility to select “Sticky – Stick this post on the front page” . These posts were included in the category pages.
Hi,
I tried to log in but the login credentials didn’t work (Error The username or password you entered is incorrect). Can you please check them?
Best regards,
