Hi!
Categories widget is not working. If I try to check any category it shows that there are no products. I have been checking all and everything is fine.

It seems like your categories widget is now working. Do you still need help with this? If so, can you tell us on which pages the problem occurs?

No, it is not working. The widget is active but if you click in a category of the widget you will see that there are no products… It is the problem.

Hi,

You can try to disable all the plugins to have sure that isn`t a conflict case.

Hi, Mike!

Now, both of them are not working properly. The topic was created for the Products Widget that is in “Tienda” section. It is not working because when you click on any category you don’t find products. Regarding to the Posts Widget it is not working properly neither because it is not respecting the hierarchy.

I tried almost evertyhing… I put off the coming soon mode, I deactivated the plugins, etc.

Yes, of course!
I have attached two pictures.

1. As you can see in the first, it is the shop page. Here you can find in the right sidebar a product category widget. All these categories have products. But if you click in any of them…

Problem solved!! It was something related with the WPML plugin. I just changed the WPML languages URL.
