Hi, I’m working on a website for a client who uses Enfold. I like it and I’m thinking of using this builder for my own project. I run into a problem with my client. The catalog block doesn’t seem to be working properly. I cannot enter an item link and after saving the block all entered catalog items are deleted again.
Can you help with this? It is fine for me to get a support license or something similar to be able to use your support.
Hey Rob,
If content is disappearing after saving, then it’s most likely due to open markup in the content. Please make sure to check for any html tags which might have been left open.
