when you choose an option for an item it says “please choose an option” no matter what option you choose. This problem has been happening with a couple of my sites using the enfold theme.
check out http://www.PuffTuff.net and click the vapes and try and choose a color option. It will not see you choose the option. Please help!Hi,
It appears you are using an old version of Enfold please update the theme to latest version to resolve this issue.
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

I set up to automatically update via API.
I don’t know how to update via FTP, I watched that video you sent but I don’t understand how to do that. I purchased the theme and customer service to be able to click update and it updates. Why won’t it update normally? Can you go update the theme? Is it not working for you? I don’t understandHi,
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
