cart icon on the menu

Hi,

How can I get the shopping cart icon added to the menu bar? Just like the demo site.

Kriesi said “Once you add an item to the cart, the cart will appear on its own”, I added one item and it showed on the shop page but once I moved away to another page, the cart disappeared. Is this how it works? Only showing up on the shop page after item is added to the cart.
