Hi… I have the cart icon third option activated, but the cart is not showing in the menu….
I’ve inherited this site and there are a lot of plugins I’ve deactivated – they didn’t appear to be doing anything – and right now the shop is invisible to anyone not an admin – but even when I opened it up, the icon still failed to display…
any help would be much appreciated….
Thanks

June 10, 2020 at 11:58 am #1221150Hey,
When I go to your custom login page I get “Sorry, your request cannot be accepted.” and when I try /wp-admin, I see a fatal error which should not be there since you are using the latest version of Enfold.
Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can look into it?
Cheers!
YigitJune 10, 2020 at 12:08 pm #1221158Sorry . I don’t have access to the ftp- we are still waiting for the other agency to allow us to transfer the domain and hosting…
I’ve deactivated yet another plug in which should let you in at wp-login.php
Please take a look and let me know
Thanks
June 10, 2020 at 1:55 pm #1221191Hi,
Now I am getting “Sorry, your request cannot be accepted.” when I go to /wp-login.php. If you have some sort of IP restriction, please temporarily disable it as well.
I am no longer able to see fatal error message which is needed to fix the issue. We could try debugging from backend using plugins however in case something goes wrong, we would need FTP logins to fix. If this is not a huge deal for you, I would suggest we wait for FTP logins. Otherwise, we can give it a try using debugging plugins. Your call :)
Best regards,

honestly – there were so many layers of plug ins I’m surprised any one could ever get in!
No disabled….

June 10, 2020 at 2:14 pm #1221200Hey,
Issue seems to be related to “ASM Valora para WooCommerce” plugin. Shall we try de-activating it for testing purposes?
Regards,
YigitJune 10, 2020 at 2:44 pm #1221211Please feel free to run whatever tests you need to run… I have tried deactivating that plug in – and it’s sister from ASM – neither made the cart icon appear.
These are two plugins from the courier service and are related to the live shipping calculations – so I’m going to need them… but a priori they do not appear to be causing the problem – perhaps your testing will confirm.
Thanks
June 10, 2020 at 5:37 pm #1221278I am so sorry for wasting your time…. look what I found within another plug in!!!
.cart_dropdown {display: none !important;}
That does it… I’ve actually left it hidden for the time being as I need the client to check all pricing and get the shipping sorted out… this is the problem with inheriting sites – I have disabled about 15 plugins that were either doing nothing, or were doubling up work another was doing…
Thank you for your help – I hope not to bother you again for a while!
Steve
