    Hello support,

    We’ve been having a problem for some time on our site where our carousel images and some specific scripts that work on the appearance of icons on the site are not loading properly.

    We’ve already changed the images to see if it was a loading problem or a path that was lost but it’s still the same and we don’t know how to solve it. Can you help us?

    We are using version 5.1.1 of the theme, below are some images of how the site is.

    Hey chicuza,

    Are you using the SG Optimiser plugin on your site? If so, then please try to turn of JavaScript file compression under Enfold->Performance. If that is not the problem, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
