Cant write content when I go to add a post to my site.

I have added a blog to my site and am trying to post my first content in it however the page will load but in the text area it does not let me write any content. I have disabled plugins thinking that may be the issue but no fix. Help please.

Second problem is I purchased a second licence but the theme wont allow me to save the info in the Enfold dashboard so I can hook up to get automatic updates. Any ideas??
