    Hi there
    I am getting the endless wait gif when opening a new page and activating the advanced layout editor.
    I also can’t update existing pages , update and save any text does nothing.
    I upgraded to wp 4.0 and Enfold 2.9.2 and still the same . I am using a child theme although I tried to neutralize it and it is the same .
    Please help.

    Hi avivitgolanschutz!

    Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately so we can look into it?
    Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps ?

    not sure it is connected but here is the js error as I see in firebug
    SyntaxError: identifier starts immediately after numeric literal

    BTW I work on a Mac and tried it in FF and Chrome with same results.
    This is the js code that it refers to

    I removed Hello Doly and it started to work or Have you done something in the recent minutes ?

    Hope you were cynical about contacting WordPress creators :)
    Anyway I do not think it is related but as it is not important I am leaving it as it is.
