Hi,
on my computer I updated a few things on the homepage of my site and I see them correctly on the live version.However, if I choose an incognito window, I view it from mobile, I ask other people and I check the site from other devices belonging to others, the site still shows the old version?
Can you help me out figuring why and what to do to get the updates to show?

I tried to login with the credentials given however it does not work, please check.
Here’s the error it shows:Error: The password you entered for the username is incorrectAlso, based on your description of the issue, it’s definitely due to caching.
Can you try to flush out cache from your caching plugin or if you don’t have one then most likely there’s a caching feature from your server.Best regards,

I flushed the cache using Siteground Optimizer plugin, yet the result is apparently still the same.Maybe you see a different result from your end?

Thanks, I tried it and it worked.
As for the issue, the areas you have encircled in red in the screenshot is showing properly on my end.
Can you try flushing out cache then disabling SG Optimizer? there are some users who have reported issues and are fixed after disabling the plugin.Best regards,
