CharlotteMarch 26, 2018 at 9:34 am #932891Hey Charlotte,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

CharlotteMarch 26, 2018 at 9:48 pm #933206Hi,
I see the post navigation on my end, did you get it sorted out?
Best regards,
VinayMarch 27, 2018 at 9:59 am #933521Hi!
I don’t see this. It does not come up when I check the blog posts in different browsers.I thought the post navigation show other blog posts under the original post?
How can I do that?Thanks
CharlotteMarch 27, 2018 at 10:21 am #933539Hi,
You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
If you still have an issue please deactivate any caching plugins and try again. If that does not help let us know what browsers you are using and how we can re-produce the issue so we can help you better :)
Best regards,
VinayMarch 27, 2018 at 12:29 pm #933597Hey,
Trust me I have empty the cache but still can’t see what you see…. strange! Also, you did not reply to my question. I thought the post navigation was something you saw under the post but it does not look like that on your screen shot.
Any other suggestions if I want to show similar blogposts under?March 28, 2018 at 6:44 am #934020Hi charlotteraboff,
You can use related posts to show similar posts, but the post nav is what Vinay refers to and it shows on my end too. Which browser are you using?
Best regards,
VictoriaMarch 28, 2018 at 8:17 am #934039Thanks Vitoria. I will use the related posts instead.
March 28, 2018 at 11:43 am #934156Hi charlotteraboff,
