    Dear Team,
unfortunately I can’t work with the Elementor. I deactivated all plugins and also tried changing the theme. Unfortunately, it’s the Enfold Theme.

In Elementor safe mode I get the following error ( See screenshot ) -> https://ibb.co/pPDsqcS

    My Shop: https://www.sarisgarage.shop

Can you help me what I have to set so that the Elementor Builder can be used normally?

    Best regards
    Christian

    Hi Christian,

Elementor is not a supported plugin, so we can’t provide support for it unfortunately. I’ve seen many Enfold installations running Elementor on Enfold though, so the problem is likely local to your site. Did you make sure that it’s not a conflict from another plugin or code for example?

Combining two page builders on one site is incredibly hard to do. The reason is that there is so much code that goes into builders and their capabilities, that it is very hard to cross populate them with data. I know it is not what you want to hear, but after years of development, I have found that extracting your content, normalizing it, and then inserting it into a fresh site with whatever builder is a far faster approach than trying to meld the two together. Melding is best left to Vulcans. Just my crazy opinion, though.

    Hi,
thank you very much for your answers.

There are some outdated theme files that I will update again.

As for compatibility, I can understand that. Unfortunately, I’m not a professional and I know the codes ect. not from :)

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Nice weekend.

    Best regards
