    I’m using enfold since 2 or 3 days now.
    Yesterday it updated to 4.8.

    And now I’can’t seem to use the editor anymore correctly:

    I’ve added a video to show:

    1.) I wanted to add an image below top bottom. Because there are more sections.
    But the window won’t scroll anymore if I drag it below bottom.
    Here the areas where I could drop it are still indicated correctly
    showing the greenish color.

    2.) Ok, I thought. Let’s just click the element AND THEN drag it
    where I want it to be.
    But now now indication more of green areas.
    No matter how much I try. Doesn’t work anymore.

    Can’t use the Advanced Layout Editor anymore right now.
    And I am stuck designing my website.

    Today I tried to update to wordpress 5.7-de (Esperanza)
    As well.

    So now I got: WordPress 5.7-de and Enfold 4.8

    What can I do now?

    P.S.: Is the token I used here to get into the support also the registration token?

    Hi holbizmetrics,

    A new update has been released (4.8.1), please backup your site first and update to the latest version.
    If this does not fix the issue, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    The problem solved itself so far. And I know it would have been valuable to you guys a lot.
    After doing some more savings the problem was gone. It seems to be a WordPress problem. Not an enfold problem.
    If it occurs again I’ll immediately let you know.

    I can’t reproduce it right now. BUT… if anyone faces the same problem:
    Dragging the sections around, e.g. color sections can help. I’ve just exchanged the positions to be able to still edit.
    And then moving them back to where they are supposed to be.

    Hi holbizmetrics,

    We’re happy to hear that it’s fixed :)
    There are also some rare moments where some js files are not loaded (probably to network failure or caching issues) which could potentially be an issue.
    Anyways, we’ll leave this thread open, so you can post anytime this issue appears again.
