    Hi
    I have WordPress 4.3.1 and just installed your last enfold theme (3.4.1). It seems that I have problems with the Advanced Layout Editor. When I push the putton nothing happens. I’ve deactivated all plugins, but same situation. What can resolve this?

    It looks to only effect when creating pages, posts are no problem.

    Hi Lars,

    The details you sent are not working for me but please clear you browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps. If not then please check the details and send them again so that we can have a closer look.

    Thanks for your replay!
    I’ve tried to delete cache, and also tried inkognito mode without success, but now I tried antoher browser then Chrome and had no problem. So it must be browser related then.

    Hi Lars,

    I checked both posts and pages using Chrome and I had no problems displaying the Layout Builder, please make sure that you don’t have any plugins active in your browser which might cause problems.

    Hi again, Rikard,
    That is really peculiar. Now I’ve tried in my office too, and can not use the advanced builder in Internet Exlorer, Edge or Chrome. But hey, now, just before pushing submit here, I just tried to login with the username I sent you, and everything works fine, my Admin with all privileges is the only one with this problem. Strange?

    Hi Lars,

    Yes that sounds a bit strange, maybe you could just create a new one and delete the old account? Not sure what the cause is but it very much sounds like a caching issue even though you have tried emptying it.

    Hi Rikard, I am seeing the same issue….I will also try logging in with another username, but find it pretty strange. Only since the last update and I flushed my cache on the server this morning…

    HI Rikard, I have this opened on another thread, but it’s still not working for me to edit my text blocks. They show up white, even though the content is there at first – there is some problem there. Take a look at http://www.andesworldtravel.com/ – I am not able to edit the text blocks on this page, though I can edit other elements. Can you?

    Hi!

    there might be some corrupted theme files and in this case please delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

    thanks – I found out the issue was adware/malware that was effecting the editor. Very strange but it’s gone now. Thanks for your help
