    I can’t seem to upload this theme on my site through WordPress. It will upload then revert to a page that says “Are you sure you want to do this” and it only gives you the option to try and again and that links you back to the dashboard. I’ve also tried to upload it through FTP in Filezilla and when I add the files in the Wp-Contents>Themes folder. I thought it would show up once I refreshed the page, but no dice.

    Is anyone else having this problem? Help!

    Hey jeffjohnston96,

    Did you extract the zip file that you downloaded from Themeforest first? The theme zip which can be installed is located inside of the zip file you downloaded. If that does not work for you then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    @glazebrookg     Can you please try installing the theme manually via FTP http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/?

    Sorry about all this. I just reset the site again and reinstalled WordPress. Did the whole thing again and after about 172937493 tries it worked!

    I did it through ftp upload again and I guess it just liked me this time. All previous attempts, the files would move over but the theme wouldn’t show up on the web. I was still getting the error through the WP dashboard, but problem solved. :)

    Not sure if it was the WordPress Update that helped or if there were some corrupted files in the initial setup up or what the story was, but she’s up and running.
