Hi there,
When I upload an image I can upload it to the media library, but when I insert it if I choose “real size” (or “real dimensions”, I don’t know how is it in english) the image doesn’t appear either in the modification page and the final page. If I choose another size it works perfectly, but “real size” is the one I need!
My Enfold is updated to last version (4.04), I tried to change theme and the other theme works, I tried to deactivate all the plugins, everything was usefull. I’ve also tried to look at old topics but nothing suggested there worked.
Pleas help!
My website is: http://www.netechgroup.it
If needed I can create new login credentialsThank you very much

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyApril 5, 2017 at 12:53 pm #772477Hi,
tried to cancel and reinstall the theme and didn’t worked.
Beside that, the problem was there either when I was using the version 4.02 and the 4.04, so I guess it’s not a problem of corrupted file.
Please help :)April 5, 2017 at 6:44 pm #772738Hi,

Look inside your Media Libraries and you’ll see that no images gets previewed. That’s the problem. Maybe your WP installation is corrupt, so go ahead and reinstall it.
