    i can`t upload my favicon.ico file – only as .png. But the .png file doesn’t shown in all browsers.

    do you have newest WordPress? since 4.7.1 they have changed mime check for uploads. So for me the worst thing is that svgs can’t be uploaded.
    Maybe ico is influenced too from that new mime check.

    Edit: no – i checked this – on my installation with newest wordpress it works.
    How do you create your ico File?

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Can’t upload my favicon (npfavicon.ico) from dashboard!

    In the Uploder I get an error saying that the format is not supported due to security reasons.

    Any ideas?
