Can't upload enfold theme. system tells me to " are you sure you want to to this

Have purchased enfold theme, and tried to upload it through the upload functionality within wordpress, but to no avail. system keeps telling me “are you sure you want to do this” with just one link telling me to ‘try again”. Then, nothing happens. I’d rather not use an ftp server. just want to keep it as simple as possible.
