    Hello,

    I am simply trying to upload demo content to my new site, but after I click the import for the Medical Demo I get an error after loading for awhile. I have included a login for you below.

    We need the content to be uploaded quickly, this is an urgent request from our client please! Also, if we plan to use Enfold again for our other sites in the future, should we expect this to happen?

    Is there a way to attach a screenshot? When I view my homepage I get these errors in text above our existing content:

    Hi,

    Update your PHP version to the latest version on the server.

    Then replace the entire code from the header.php found in “wp-content/theme/enfold/header.php” from this link
    https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_2_6/header.php

    Still, have an issue? A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
    To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    All of the CHMOD were correct. nothing has worked. We need this to be done soon, please. If it can’t be done in a timely manner, I would prefer a refund.

    Hi,

    I’m sorry for the problems. I tried importing the theme manually but that didn’t work either. I’m not sure why unfortunately. If you like to then we can activate debug mode and copy all the shortcodes into new pages, do you need all the demo pages or only some of them?

    Sorry for the late response. I think at this point we would like a refund, rather than have to try and force this demo content to work. Sorry we couldn’t make this work! Let me know what we need to do to begin the refund process.
